LIPS is a process & construction plan that:
- dramatically reduces the width of ROW required to install small inch pipelines
- minimizes the loss of forested lands
- significantly reduces or eliminates the liability for both short and long-term land degradation
- reduces the lost crop production generated by outdated construction practices
- permits the maximization of future crop production
